Consistently good products
I've been using Swiss Color for my studio for a couple of years now. This last order was for more Lippenpigmente and some Desinfektionsmittel. They're always reliable. Good value for starter kit

Decent quality, slow delivery
I ordered some PMU Nadelmodule and SC Recovery Serum. The ordering process was straightforward enough. Delivery took about 5 days to reach me in Nevada, which felt a bit long. The products themselves seem high quality, especially the Nadelmodule. I haven't needed customer support, so can't comment there. The packaging was secure. Overall, satisfied with the items but shipping could be quicker.
Mostly good experience
I purchased some Übungshaut and Vorzeichenstifte. The Übungshaut is really good quality for practicing, much better than others I've tried. The Vorzeichenstifte worked well too. Delivery was okay, took about a week to get to me. My only small gripe is that the website could be a little easier to navigate, sometimes it takes a bit to find exactly what I'm looking for. But the products themselves are solid and good value.
